HISTORY
Born nineteen years ago in Belleville, New Jersey, Gerard had a pretty normal life up until he got to junior high, having gotten to the conclusion on in his early years that everyone he loved would eventually die in the end and he would die alone. Having a little more than a rebellious side, Gerard has been in two juvenile detention centers before he was seventeen for behavioral problems. He has also been to rehab once for his continuous alcohol and drug problems. Finally, his catholic parents had got him to see a doctor and he was diagnosed with mild porphyria (he sometimes went through phases where he thought he was a vampire), depression (thoughts of suicide/self injure) and mild deliria. Being prescribed drugs for these diseases did not help at all, he had more than once accidentally overdosed on his prescribed medicine.

The only person in his life that he thinks is constant and will always be there for him, is his brother Mikey. His younger brother is a whole different story entirely, another thing to add on to the pile of wrong doings and sins, is that Gerard has often fantasized about his brother in ways that most people would find disgusting and wrong. He is not ashamed of this, however, and loves his brother dearly and would do anything for him (even if it was to quit drugs and booze, but he has not asked). He also isn't ashamed to say that he was the one to teach Mikey how to kiss, of course, this was when they were much more younger than they are now.

After an incident with his buddies with a stolen car (while intoxicated, him and his friends had stolen a truck and drove it down the highway, where they flipped into a ditch) and a near death experience, his parents were so frightened (of and for him) that they decided to send him to St. David's to try and set him straight, even though they knew it wouldn't do any good.

PERSONALITY
Gerard isn't a very nice guy if he doesn't get what his body needs, which mostly consists of morphine (not a whole lot) and at least a drink every other day. He has a lot of anger issues, but can often be nice if he so desires (if he likes said person). When he is on his very good days, his laugh and smile is almost contagious and can often light up a room almost instantly, it's one of the reasons why his parents want to help him, because they know there is such a good boy underneath it all, but they can't get to him, no one can (maybe Mikey). Though if he has a cigarette in his hands and shades on, it usually means that he is in a pretty good mood, but if he has a hood up and looks like shit, don't go near him. He likes to be around people who are like him, if any at all (most are still back home) who like to stir up mischief just as much as he does.

Having been forced to go to mass ever since he was a child, he is very used to the whole catholic thing and isn't very phased by any of it. He often likes to make fun of the whole thing, but of course... it isn't serious, he's only teasing.
